Terms of Service

Billing Process - We utilize a card on file system. Each customer is required to have a credit card on file with us before service is scheduled. Cards are automatically charged after the completion of service. We typically charge cards on the Monday after services are completed.

Failed Payments - In the event your card on file is declined for insufficient funds expiration or any other reason we will then default to trying any other cards you may have on file with us. In the event all cards on file with us are declined all services will be suspended until the account is made current and all previously rendered services have been paid for.

Price Adjustments - In the event that a price adjustment needs to be made to a previously agreed upon recurring service such as lawn mowing, or landscape maintenance you will be notified via writing (email) at least 5 days before the change goes into effect. You will automatically be enrolled for service at the newly communicated rate unless you notify us of your desire to cancel service.

Skips - Our standard mowing service schedule is a weekly schedule. We believe that this schedule is optimal for maintaining the health and appearance of our customers lawns. Should conditions dictate that your lawn does not need to be mowed on a given week you are welcome to skip service for that week with no fee associated with that request. All skip requests must be made at least one day prior to your regularly scheduled date of service. Skip requests can be made via email, text message, or phone call. If requests are not made prior to the deadline then we reserve the right to charge a visitation fee of 50% of your normal weekly mowing price in order to account for time and resources spent scheduling your services and/or commuting to your property. In the event that your turf is longer than 5 inches on our next regularly scheduled visit we do reserve the right to charge an additional 50% on top of your normal weekly mowing rate in order to account for the additional time required to maintain lawns of excessive length.

Service Cancellation - Services with us require no term length commitment. You are welcome to cancel service at any time. We do ask that you notify us of your intent to cancel service via email, text message, or phone call.

Inclement Weather - We may delay service due to inclement weather. Please note that inclement weather earlier in the week can have an effect on our service schedule as the week progresses. In rare circumstances inclement weather may prevent us from completing a service that we have already started. Should this be the case we will complete service during the next workable weather window.

Holidays - Major holidays may delay our normally scheduled services. We also reserve the right to provide service on holidays unless you communicate your preference for us to avoid doing so in advance of the given holiday.

Obstructions - Certain obstructions such as locked gates, cars blocking service areas, excessive wetness, or pets can prevent us from reaching parts of your service area. Unless we are notified of these obstructions at least one day prior to their occurrence, any services rendered will be considered full services and billed at the full rate regardless of the percentage we are able to complete.

Pets and Pet Waste - In order to protect the safety of our crew and your pets, we will not enter any areas on your property, gated or otherwise, that house pets at the time of service. If we are unable to provide any portion of your scheduled service as a result of pet presents you will be billed at the full rate regardless of the percentage of service we are able to complete. Please note that while we love animals their waste can be a hazard for us when providing service. We ask that all pet waste is removed from your lawn prior to our scheduled service date. Should pet waste become a consistent problem for our crew you will be notified via email. If the problem persists we reserve the right to charge and additional 50% of your regular service price on each visit and ultimately terminate service.

Operational Hours - We reserve the right to begin service on your property from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. seven days a week.

Debris, Sticks, and Trash - We ask that customers please handle all debris, sticks, and trash on their property in a manner consistent with a well maintained property. Should there be an unusual occurrence of debris, such as downed tree limbs, we would be happy to remove that from your property but will only do so after a fee has been communicated and agreed upon.

Trampolines and Larger Obstacles - For the safety of our crew and to protect the structural integrity of your belongings, we will not move trampolines, playground equipment, or other large items while providing service. We will also not crawl under such items including decks to maintain turf that may be growing under those items as a part of standard lawn mowing services. We may perform such a service only after and additional fee has been communicated and agreed upon.

Plant Health - While we would be happy to make recommendations for proper plant and turf care, we are not responsible for the ultimate health of your turf or any other plants on your property unless otherwise stated. Instances such as disease, drought, and insect infestation are out of our control and we will not be held responsible. We are not responsible for any fertilization or watering of plants or turf unless otherwise expressly stated.

Property Damage - While we are exceptionally careful accidents do happen. We attempt to be forthcoming in occurrences of property damage. Should we neglect to inform you of damage on your property that you believe we caused, we require notification within 2 days of the completion of service. We make every effort to do the right thing in instances of property damage and take accountability for our actions. In extreme instances we also hold small business liability insurance for your protection.

Operational Season - With the potential for a week or two of variance due to weather conditions, the mowing season typically runs from April 1 through November 1. We are available to to provide services throughout the year, though we may have limited availability and weather windows in the winter months.

Resuming Recurring Seasonal Services - All recurring seasonally offered services, such as weekly lawn mowing and monthly landscape maintenance plans, will be automatically renewed at the beginning of the next season unless otherwise requested in writing.

Additional Services - Any services not specifically outlined in our initial service agreement will incur additional charges. These additional charges may be agreed upon verbally or in writing and will be billed at the normal interval.
